Categories and Benefits

Membership of Pacific City Club (the “Club”) is by invitation only at the recommendation and discretion of the Board of Governors of the Club. Members have the privilege of being a part of the Club’s member selection process by sponsoring their friends for membership.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS
     Individuals over the age of 26 may apply for individual membership. Individual members and their spouses are entitled to use all facilities at the Club. The membership fee is payable upon acceptance. Individual members and their spouses shall each be required to pay monthly dues at their applicable rate.

CORPORATE MEMBERS
     Corporate memberships are owned and issued in the name of a corporation. Companies, partnerships or associations may apply for corporate membership. A Corporate Membership initially consists of two nominees who together with their spouses shall be entitled to use all facilities of the Club. The corporate membership fee is payable upon acceptance. Corporate nominees and their spouses shall each be required to pay monthly dues at their applicable rate.
     Corporate Members may be entitled to add corporate nominees to their existing Corporate Membership upon approval of the Club’s Membership Committee and payment of the applicable fee.
      Corporate Members may from time to time change their authorized nominees upon approval of the Club’s Membership Committee and payment of a renomination fee.

TRANSFERABILITY OF MEMBERSHIP
     All membership categories are transferable within the same category. Transferability is subject to approval of the Club’s Membership Committee and upon payment of the required transfer fee.
