MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT
Membership at Pacific City Club is strictly by invitation and is open to all nationalities subject to approval by the admissions Committees.

Applicants are required to return the duly completed Application Form to the Membership Office together with:
a.   Cheque, credit card or cash payment of respective joining fee (excluded 7% VAT)
b.   Corporate Membership
    3 passport‐sized color photographs of each applicant and spouse
 
LOST CARD
200 Baht (excluded 7% VAT) card fee will be levied for replacement of any lost Membership Card.

How large is the club?
With an area of 2,700 square meters, the club occupies the 28th, 29th and 30th floors of the 30-storey Two Pacific Place

What is the difference between a membership held by an individual or a corporation?
Corporate held Memberships may be transferred from time to time amongst company executives. The transfer, however, is subject to payment of a transfer fee. There is no limit to the number of times such a reassignment may be made. An Individual Membership may only be transferred.
Are corporate-held memberships available only to incorporated firms?
No. The term “corporate” designates a reassignable type of membership that may be held by partnerships, professional persons and small business firms, as well as by corporations.
Does the Club have any restrictions on membership?
There is no race, religious, sex or creedal restriction. All applications are screened by the Membership and Admission Committees.
 

MEMBERSHIP

I would like a friend of mine to join me as a fellow Member. How can I be certain he/she will receive an invitation to membership?
To propose the individual, please call the Club’s Membership Office with your invitee’s name, business, title, address and telephone number. Upon approval by the Membership and Admissions Committees, an invitation will be extended on your behalf to your invitee.
May I pass my membership around to other Members of the firm to use – if they sign my name and I pay the bill?
No. In order to assure a compatible membership, each member is assigned to a single person and only that approved designee may use the membership.
When do I send my joining fee for membership?
Upon receiving your invitation, please complete the Application Form and return it to the Club’s Membership Office. The payment can be settled by cash, credit card or cheque.
When do I receive my Membership Card?
Upon approval of your application, we will schedule an orientation session with you during which, we will present you the Membership Card.
Are Members charged monthly dues?

OPERATIONS

May I bring guests to the Club?
Guests are welcome at all times as long as the Member host is present. Guest passes will be prepared for out-of-town Members upon a written request to the Membership Office.
Each membership is entitled to two guest passes per calendar year. Such guest passes are valid for a period of one day. Billing is to the Member. There is no charge for guest passes.
Does a Member’s spouse have full use of all Club facilities?
Yes, including full use of all Affiliate Clubs.

Does the Club have private dining rooms?
Yes. There are several handsomely furnished private dining and meeting rooms, many with lounge and audio-visual facilities. These rooms are available on a first-come reservation basis to the memberships for business and social gatherings, wedding dinners and receptions and other special events.
Do I pay cash for my bill?
All members have a signing privilege to sign the bill after using the Club facilities. Cash transaction is not permitted at the Club.

Does the Club have affiliate arrangements with other Clubs?
Yes. Pacific City Club has affiliate arrangements with many Clubs worldwide. All the Clubs with whom we have reciprocity have been carefully screened and only those that meet with the strict requirements and highest possible standards are granted such reciprocity. Do I pay cash when I visit the Affiliate Clubs?
All charges shall be paid at the time of transaction by major credit cards or legal currency.
How do I make arrangement to use an Affiliate Clubs?
Our Membership Managers will be pleased to arrange reservation for you.
Do I show my Membership Card when I visit an Affiliate Club?
Yes, you are required to present your Membership Card when you visit an Affiliate Club. A Letter of Introduction may be required and will be provided by Pacific City Club Office upon request.
 
WELLNESS CENTRE
Does the Club provide fitness facilities for both male and female Members?
Yes, a Wellness Centre is located on 30th floor.
What facilities are available?
The fitness area includes a place to relax, to exercise and workout on treadmills, bicycles, cross‐trainers, and stair‐step machines, and to undertake cardio-vascular and resistance training. Amenities include shower rooms, polo tee-shirts, shorts, towels, toiletries and day-lockers.
What are the hours of operation at the Wellness Centre?
